World Bank eLibrary is the World Bank’s official subscription-based publishing platform originally launched in 2003 and completely re-designed in 2013. Designed to meet the unique needs of researchers and librarians, it is focused on adding value to World Bank content through its enhanced functionality, ease of use, and many time-saving tools.

eLibrary is one of the most comprehensive collections in international development.
It offers immediate access to the complete collection of World Bank books, reports, and journal articles published since the 1990’s – a total of 13,000+ items. There are no embargoes on content in the World Bank eLibrary. The world’s top academic institutions, international and governmental agencies, think tanks and NGOs subscribe to the World Bank eLibrary.
